I grew up in small country town and now live in a regional part of Victoria, Australia. I am a primary school teacher by qualification, a mum, partner and am now pursuing my love of art through painting. Painting has always been a meditative outlet for me. While experimenting with art has always been part of my life, I recently began creating original paintings for others.

I like experimenting with different mediums and methods. I am currently enjoying working with acrylic paint and oil pastel. I love creating layers and texture using the two. I enjoy using colour, abstract shapes and marks. 

I enjoy the great outdoors and being in nature. This is generally the source of my inspiration. I love creating abstract landscapes- mountains, skies and the earth below our feet.
